Our office offers a complex solution to all the above issues.
The growth of startups can be divided into the following stages:
Our firm is committed to sharing the success of start-ups with the potential to grow, and we believe that proper legal advice is a long-term, multi-return investment that can drive rapid business growth. To this end, we provide the following services in the field of startup law:
Naturally, the above does not just apply to startups. Company managers often look for a flexible and fast solution to their legally and business complex issues, therefore, in addition to complex business consulting, our office further undertakes the performance of classic corporate law tasks:

Cooperation process

quickly, efficiently, cost-effectively

Consultation

During the personal consultation, we review the matter of the facts, negotiate about the ideas of the company, determine the remuneration and agree on the efficient litigation tactics. In case of a commission, the first consultation is always free!

Background work

We draft the appropriate documents – such as agreements between company members or shareholders, contract of association – and get in touch with registry court and other attorneys.

Representation

Even from the beginning of the case, we represent our clients, shareholders and the companies during the litigation or non-litigation processes.
